Paper applications may be submitted, however we encourage you to submit an online application. If you do not have a computer or internet access, you may use a computer in the RRC libraries at the Notre Dame or Exchange District campuses, or any branch of the Winnipeg Public Library.
If you live outside Winnipeg, the local public library in your area is very likely to have internet access. Many high schools also have computers available for students’ use.
You must pay your non-refundable/non-transferable deposit by the deposit due date to hold your seat in your program. If you fail to pay your deposit your application will be cancelled. You will be registered into classes approximately one month prior to the term start date. Your program/student fee details, online payment options, and timetable will be available through WebAdvisor (accessible via RRC HUB).
We look forward to having you on campus!
