Employee Motivation Practices
This highly-interactive and practical training program will equip participants with the knowledge and techniques to implement employee motivation practices in their daily dealings with employees. The training will focus on the factors of employee motivation, building trust and relationships, and identifying opportunities to recognize employee contribution. These powerful techniques create an environment where employees feel valued, are highly engaged, and become motivated to achieve organizational goals.
 

Customer Focused Service
This highly-interactive and practical training workshop will equip participants with the knowledge and techniques to provide exceptional customer focused service. Focusing on a model of mindset, service skills and communication, participants will explore their attitudes about customers, discuss customer expectations and assess their ability to provide effective service.  The workshop provides extensive opportunities to analyze customer service scenarios and practice these customer service techniques.
