In RRC Polytech’s renowned Professional Baking and Pastry program, you will develop the technical knowledge and practical skills you need to pursue a variety of baking and pastry careers.

Through a combination of applied learning and work experience, you’ll learn to prepare yeast goods, sourdough breads, quick breads, viennoiserie, pies, pastries, cookies, cakes, plated desserts and chocolates. You’ll also take advantage of RRC Polytech’s state-of-the-art facilities to build equipment handling, food sanitation and inventory control skills.

As part of your RRC Polytech education, you’ll equip yourself with the essential communication, collaboration and management skills you need to adapt to new technology, continue growing your knowledge and take on new career opportunities.
